Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription Members :

Paid Game Players who pay for their monthly membership using a credit card may request a refund of their membership fee within three business days of billing. Refund requests can be submitted via our  Contact Us  form.

Single Game Purchases :

Because members have the opportunity to play games at no cost before purchasing and because we cannot verify the uninstallation of a purchased game, purchased games cannot be refunded.
